Primary Responsibilities

  1. Generate, disseminate, and execute the school’s admissions and marketing strategic plan.
  2. Manage all aspects of the admissions program.
  3. Yield yearly student application and enrollment benchmarks.
  4. Collaborate with school staff to manage and oversee all admissions-related processes, records, and dissemination of marketing & admissions materials to prospective parents, students, and stakeholders.
  5. Chairs the Admissions Committee.
  6. Coordinate the admissions process for all incoming ninth-graders and transfer students includ,ing but not limited to:
  7. Application management & review
  8. Placement exams
  9. Interviews
  10. Admissions decisions
  11. Registration & course requests
  12. Parent and student orientations
  13. Serve as the lead user of the school’s admissions management platform, SchoolAdmin, and utilizes the school’s SIS, and gants & aid platforms to organize and process admissions & marketing efforts
  14. Assist with the merit scholarship & financial assistance processes.
  15. Develop and manage relationships with partner schools and all relevant organizations to support admissions and marketing efforts.
  16. Manage and generate internal and external marketing-related communications through regularly occurring social media posts, press releases, website content, and other relevant mediums.
  17. Lead the school’s marketing team, which may consist of parent volunteers, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other members of the community.
  18. Lead and coordinate the school’s ambassador program.
  19. Prepare and submit required marketing reports on a reregularly
  20. Maintain and manage the school's brand with the President by generating and maintaining the school’s branding guide.
  21. Collaborate with appropriate personnel in or detonate the planning and implementation of marketing events. Attend all priority community marketing events and advertised activities.
  22. Coordinate relationships and identify opportunities for partnerships with all Catholic partner schools, parishes, and youth programs focused on creating pipelines into the school’s academic and co-curricular programming.
  23. Coordinate and lead middle school classroom and high school night visitations
  24. Develop and maintain admissions and marketing department expenses, (and (and where applicable, income) within budgetary guidelines as approved by the Principal and ident.
  25. Conduct school tours with relevant staff and students to be tour guides.
  26. Coordinate the school’s shadow program with the school’s administration, faculty, staff, and prospective students.
  27. Attend required in-services, staff meetings, and DC, S marketing training meeting shops.
  28. Represent the school on boards and committees as requirethe President requires
  29. Provide regular reports to the school board and committees and, where applicable, serve on the school’s Advisory Board at the request of the President.
  30. Serves as a member of the school’s Advancement and Leadership Team and meets regularly with the President & Principal.
  31. Perform other duties as assigned by the President.

  1. Ensure that all marketing programs, practices, and materials reflect the Catholischool's Catholicity, mission, and vision
  2. Represents the religious aims and objectives of the School to the local community.

Supervisory Responsibility

  1. Assist in the supervision & evaluation of departmental staff.
  2. Manage student ambassadors and school volunteers.
  3. Manage faculty & staff involvement in admissions & marketing-related activity.

  6. Knowledge of information systems applicable to marketing and admissions.
  7. Previous experience directing marketing and or sales programs.
  8. Openness to continuous professional development
  9. Ability to train and direct staff and volunteers in marketing at various levels.
  10. Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strategic focus.
  11. Ability to develop creative ideas, and concepts
  12. Strong team player with a positive attitude and able to work well with members of the PMA community
  13. Ability to plan and lead significant events and manage multiple deadlines and projects
  14. Willingness to travel locally and attend evening and night events on and off-campus
  15. Well-organized and detail-oriented work ethic
