Full Job Description

Our Lady of Grace School is seeking a three-quarter time health office and attendance coordinator. The health office position includes attending to injured students throughout the course of the school day, tracking and reporting school immunization records, and managing/dispensing student prescriptions as needed. The attendance position includes running daily attendance reports and calling the parents of absent students. This position also includes maintaining tardy records for the school. This position regularly involves supporting the front office as needed with varying tasks which may include attending to walk-in guests and parents, answering the front door and phone calls, and assisting with morning tardies.

Requirements

The right candidate will have met the following criteria:

  • At least three years of work experience in an elementary school setting, and ideally in a health office setting;
  • Is currently trained in first aid and CPR;
  • Has a professional demeanor and a team-player mentality;
  • Is proficient in the use of technology and email;
  • Communicates well in writing; and
  • Cares for children.
