Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall coordination of the Immanuel Presbyterian Church day-to-day administrative functions, including: Administration, Facilities, Financial Operations, HR documentation and Information Technology. This position closely collaborates with and reports to the Pastor/Head of Staff.

Responsibilities:

§ Office and Human Resources Administration

Support Pastor/Head of staff with church calendar and maintaining key files
Track Human Resources documentation and maintain personnel files;
Serve as staff liaison to the Personnel Committee/Session, including
documentation of procedures and personnel handbook updates under the direction of the Personnel Committee; and research risk management programs necessary for risk management compliance, schedule necessary training and track staff completion of required training;
Coordinate the evaluation process for staff under direction of Pastor/Head of Staff;
Coordinate the efficient and effective day-to-day administration of the organization; and inform Pastor/Head of Staff of problems and usual matters.
§ Tenant Relations and Building Management

Serve as staff liaison for Building Committee/Session;
Log and respond to inquiries for short- and long-term rental of Church facilities;
Liaise with Facilities Lead Staff regarding booking, documentation and payment tracking of external events;
Generate facility use and rental documentation via approved church rental templates, liaise with Building and Grounds Committee and Pastor/Head of staff regarding rental documentation variances and oversee execution of rental documentation in consultation as appropriate with Buildings Committee;
Liaise with Building Committee to log and oversee facility usage fees and rent collections, investigate and resolve tenant complaints, enforce rules of occupancy, inspect vacant offices/units and oversee repairs and renovations;
Supervise facilities maintenance, front office, and custodial team, as well as contractors, to accomplish day-to-day priorities;
Assign and supervise third party event coordinators/vendors to staff events, as needed;
Oversee development of security team/committee to respond to tenants’ security needs;
Report monthly to Building Committee on status of facilities rentals, revenues, collections and facility use issues; and
Oversee IPC engagement with Community Service Programs, ensuring compliance and deployment of volunteers as required.

Supervises day-to-day operations and administrative functions of Food Pantry Operations
Supervising Food Pantry Staff
Builds relationships with partners to further the reach of the food pantry operations
Speaks with community partners to best pivot to meet the community needs with the resources Immanuel has to offer
§ Event Management

Log and respond to inquiries for short term events
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
