Our Lady of the Holy Rosary School in Sun Valley, is a Pre-K-8 Catholic elementary school, is seeking motivated, faith-filled individuals to join our school community as full-time teaching positions. The positions involve teaching middle school LA, Social Studies and Religion. The middle school is departmentalized. Candidates must be willing to collaborate with colleagues and administration.
Our Lady of the Holy Rosary School, in partnership with parents, commits itself to fulfilling the spiritual, moral, academic and physical needs of each child.
OLHR Requires:
Implementing Core Instructional Practices as a structure for teaching and learning
Utilize formative and summative assessment to inform instruction
Have a strong foundation in the preferred subjects areas
Establish and maintain effective classroom management
Cultivate a positive, faith filled environment in which it students can succeed
Requirements
Candidate with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Bachelor’s Degree in subject area
Current Catechetical Certification
CA Multiple Subjects or Single Subject Teaching Credential or evidence of work in progress/Master’s Degree
