Requirements
Education and Experience:
1. Practicing Roman Catholic with five years of Catholic education experience.
2. Familiar with retreat and liturgy design, sequencing, and implementation.
3. A deep understanding of the Catholic faith and mission of LSCP, with the ability to communicate that understanding and appreciation to diverse stakeholder groups, including those from other faith traditions and those who do not identify with a faith tradition.
4. Able to form collegial, cooperative, collaborative relationships with administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, coaches, donors, board members, and others.
5. Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or a closely related field
6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
7. Budget and project management.
8. Able to work individually and to ascertain shifting priorities.
9. Excellent organizational skills.
10. Able to exercise sound judgment in dealing with complex situations.
11. Strong ministerial and pastoral qualities.
12. Capacity for handling confidential information with tact and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Significant Lasallian Formation experiences.
2. Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry or Theology or a closely related field
3. Experience in a Catholic high school setting.
