Responsibilities include: planning developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons to promote physical fitness and sportsmanship, coordinating after-school practices and games for various sports, recruiting and communicating with coaches regularly, and performing other related duties as assigned by the administration.
Requirements
- ability to work with students in grades TK-8
- ability to follow guidelines for curriculum requirements
- ability to work cooperatively with school administration and teachers
- ability to organize time and prepare lesson plans
- possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- have a teaching credential from an accredited university (or currently enrolled in a credential program)
- be active in the Catholic Church and have good standing with the church’s moral teaching
- continually seek growth opportunities that allow innovation to improve student learning
