1. Maintenance/Regular ongoing repairs – dripping faucets, sprinklers, broken toilets/urinals, replace light bulbs, etc. Preventive maintenance – air conditioning, electrical, utilities, etc. Emergency maintenance – always on the outlook for possible problems and their solution.
2. Project Management - Assist with the coordination of all construction projects/set design e.g., Christmas, Easter, VBS, work days, and participate in FIT (Facilities Improvement Team.)
NECESSARY SKILLS Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work creatively and cooperatively with others to carry out the mission of Glenkirk church in general, and the mission and vision of specific ministry teams. Able to type and use computer. Ability to stay calm and assist in emergency situations.
