Pastor Kay DeSouza is the founding pastor of The New Life Christian Center of Truth (NLCCT), a non-denominational, non-profit spiritual organization based in New Jersey that is dedicated to the healing and continued maintenance of the whole person: Spirit, Body & Mind. She opened The New Life Healing Center in July 2013, NLCCT's official building for community healing.

Born in Trinidad, Pastor DeSouza migrated to the U.S. at 20 years old and has been a member of the Rosicrucian Order ever since. In 1993, she was ordained a minister at Brooklyn Truth Center then later re-ordained at the NJ Center of Truth in 1998. Since ordained, Pastor Kay has conducted various retreats and seminars to help heal and bring people closer to the freedom of spiritual living.

Pastor DeSouza is also an avid metaphysician and has been indoctrinated into the Healing Arts at Dahn Yoga. She enjoys nature, naturopathy and kinetics
