About

Our mission is the spiritual formation of young adults for ministry and leadership in the Church.

Our values are a reflection of our faith in the Holy Trinity, our reverence for the Word of God, and our accountability to the fellowship of the Church. We affirm the diversity of Christian traditions, the variety of human experience, the necessity of ecumenical collaboration, the dignity of every human being, the goodness of God’s creation, the imperatives of justice, peace and stewardship of the earth, and the virtues of humility, compassion, generosity, imagination, intellectual curiosity, and critical thinking.

Our vision is to serve every branch of the New Brunswick/Piscataway campus of Rutgers University by raising up leaders in every school, department and office.

We are a ministry of the Episcopal Church, a member of the worldwide Anglican communion of churches, an ancient branch of the Christian tree, rooted in the grace of Jesus Christ.
