The 5Rhythms is a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection & community.
We are delighted to return to St Mark’s Church. The structure is the second-oldest church building in Manhattan and has supported an active artistic community since the 19th century.
We are encouraging all those who attend to only do so if they are well and not Covid symptomatic. Vaccinations are encouraged but not required. Masks required to enter building and optional once in the dance space. There will be plenty of room to keep social distance and this is an opportunity for us to heighten our awareness of the comfort of those around us.
No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessaryPlease plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time.Exchange: $25
