Gather with your Middle family to worship, dance and sing as we launch another programmatic year! Rev. Dr. Jacqui Lewis will preach, as we gather in the street in front of the sanctuary. This celebration is a proclamation: No fire can burn revolutionary love. The songs within and between us sustained us through the blaze, and will continue to lift us up as they echo off the surrounding buildings. Together, we form the triumphant voice of God that heralds liberation!
We will be following best-practice recommendations for COVID safety from the CDC, and will send a message before our gathering as that advice is likely to change between now and October.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend in person, so that we have a good sense of how many people plan to attend.
The worship will also be livestreamed for anyone who prefers to celebrate with us online! In the event of rain, we will gather in the sanctuary of Marble Collegiate Church at 2nd Avenue & East 7th Street 2nd Ave & 7th St
