Duties

· Maintain the organization of computer and office: emails, digital and physical files.

· Perform online research

· Communicate with various vendor/utility customer service departments.

· Prepare books for monthly meetings

· Troubleshoot office equipment: computers, printers, etc.

· Work with Mac / PC computers

· Sort bills for accounts payable & payroll

· Spread sheets

· Maintain office supply inventory

· Errands

Bookkeeping

· Generating financial reports in QuickBooks Online/Desktop & Excel

· Bill.com entries

· Gusto Payroll

· Financial record keeping

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented tasks

· Ability to perform research and make efficient use of internet search engines

· Provide a high level of customer service when handling requests of the office

· Ability to draft letters and emails (along with other writing tasks)

· Ability to be a self-starter working in a project-oriented environment handling multiple ongoing projects on a daily basis

· Proficiency with Mac / PC computers and software: Microsoft Office Suite

· Climb a ladder to the attic file storage area

· Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
