Responsibilities
Provision of remote, short-term case management services to 0-21 aged youth in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties
Responsibility for linkage and referral to appropriate community resources for assigned youth and families during 8-week stabilization period following initial crisis intervention, providing education on crisis prevention strategies, support in transitions of life/placement for children
Ability to effectively liaison and interact with community providers required
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, social work, or related field
Experience within Children’s System of Care preferred
Work Schedule: Part-Time
