Act as a business partner to the Leadership Team and managers by providing coaching, counseling and support on all human resources matters
Enhance, develop, implement, review and enforce human resources policies and procedures
Maintain and enhance knowledge of employment laws/legislation and ensure compliance
Serve as the initial point of advice, problem resolution and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, employment law, performance management, policies, procedures, unemployment compensation, clinical and non-clinical training and documentation
Develop, manage and implement HR projects, programs and procedures
Serve as the Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Officer
Develop and manage the Human Resources Department budget

Minimum Requirements:
BA in business administration, human resources or related field, MA preferred and a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant human resource experience in progressively senior roles.
Extensive experience in employee relations and conducting internal investigations.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Possess clear and confident interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
Sound knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR disciplines including, benefits, leave of absence, compensation, diversity/EEO, learning and development, recruiting and performance management.
