Job Description:
The following general responsibilities or areas of emphasis pertain to this position:
Vision and Plan ways for developing Adult Ministry and Studies
Ability to build and lead teams.
Assimilate new guests through leading the Guest Service Team.
Maintain basic information in Realm Database for all information about the adult
ministry and studies and leaders.
Coordinate all adult education classes (Sunday morning classes and Life Groups).
Develop and support leaders in adult ministry areas (Men’s, Women’s, Young Adults, and
Marriage Ministries).
Provide development, encouragement, and accountability to all leaders.
Lead or contribute to the membership class.
Attend and participate in necessary team meetings and training events.

The Church shall pay for educational materials used or classed attended as approved by
the Director of Ministry Operations.
