QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or post-graduate degree in not-for-profit management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Clinical Counseling, Special Education, or a related field.
10 years’ experience in working in the field in which this agency serves the community, at least five of which shall be in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
Documented leadership, budgetary and management skills.
Strong ongoing financial oversight, including the development of regular reports, annual budgets, audits, and financial forecasts.
Strong organizational skills, including planning, delegating, program development, etc.
Strong program and project management methodology background, including strategic planning and analysis, scope, issue and risk management experience, change management
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, transferable to relationships with CEO, Board, staff, volunteers, donors and the public.
Ability to develop strong, diverse community connections to assure maximum visibility, mutually beneficial relationships and referral sources, and effectively represent CFCS in all interactions with vendors, parishes, communities, etc.
Must sign and adhere to Diocesan Code of Conduct and observe all Diocesan Protecting God’s Children program requirements.
Bilingual Spanish speaking skills ideal
Valid Driver’s license; Possess reliable means of transportation
