Long established Car Service in the Kensington section of Brooklyn is looking for Spanish/English speaking Bilingual Phone Operators to join our team!
As a phone operator, your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Answering phones in a polite and respectable manner
· Provide exemplary customer service
· Assist Driver with inquiries and questions
· Meet quantitative performance metrics
SPANISH/ENGLISH speaking required.
This is a 24 Hour Business and we are currently looking for all shifts. Numerous Part-Time Shifts available, 20 to 35 hours a week.
Must be friendly, courteous, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
