CMP Program Manager
Redeemer City to City: Program Manager, City Ministry Program
Redeemer City to City is seeking a: full-time Program Manager to optimize the student experience in the City.
Ministry Program, from recruitment and onboarding to assessment and matriculation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to guide participants through a program that successfully
cultivates their growth in clearly defined core competencies (experience in urban ministry a plus).
They will be committed to raising the next generation of pastors, parachurch ministers, preachers,
evangelists, and Christian leaders from NYC for NYC.
This position is an excellent opportunity to: deploy one’s passion for the gospel, love for the city, and
experience in program management in an experimental, non-traditional learning environment that shapes the
future of the church in NYC.
Job Responsibilities
The Program Manager, who is based in NYC and reports to the CMP Director, is responsible for the following:
Student recruitment, owning from beginning to end the recruitment pipeline, including marketing,
applications, acceptances, and onboarding.
Student success, including developing and implementing core competencies, maintaining excellent
communication between teachers and students through Canvas (including managing the content
coordinator), helping to align training modules with program goals, and suggesting areas of
improvement
Student enrollment, primarily through the oversight of contracted course graders to keep students
accountable for their work and on track for certificate completion.
Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who have a strong desire to see people come to Christ, excel in relationship building,
are results-oriented, and have strong management skills. You will have:
A track record of successful program management (education or ministry a plus)
A demonstrated commitment to student success is key to a flourishing gospel movement in NYC
Experience managing multiple projects and overseeing staff and contractors
A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, theology, education, or ministry (master’s degree preferred)
Compensation depends on experience, and we have an excellent benefits package.
