Position Description: The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing operations support for all special parish initiatives and campaigns.

Direct Supervisor: Director, Special Parish Initiatives and Campaigns

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will provide administrative and operational support, including but not limited to researching and updating parishioner information in partnership with the Donor Database Center; maintaining the integrity of the parish’s donor database; including timely entry for campaign pledges and gifts; managing campaign acknowledgment letters, pledge reminders; and working with the Director to plan, execute, and evaluate campaign performance
Provide significant organizing support for all parish campaign related activities
Draft donor correspondences and support the donor relations processes
Provide database entry, gift processing, and analytical reporting for all parish campaigns
Develop collateral materials specific to each parish campaign
Work closely with the Director on campaign strategy and support materials
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree required
At least three years of professional experience in development or operations is a plus
Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database management. Experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus
Available for evening and weekend events and for travel as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-confident and articulate; motivated self-starter
Driver’s license required
Capital Campaign and pledge collection experience preferred
A passion for the Catholic Church and a deep understanding of Catholic culture
