The Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator works closely with the Middlesex County community and families to identify community/family needs, identify resources, and build mutually beneficial relationships with all parties.
S/he works together with the Director to create diverse community programming and communication strategies.
This job requires resourcefulness, creativity and a professional demeanor. Some knowledge on social media outlets are a plus.
This position is also responsible for building relationships with families, stakeholders, and provides some direct service delivery.
Ensures prevention factors, standards of prevention, and strengthening families logic model is utilized when providing appropriate services.
