Position Title: Associate Campus Pastor - Mesa Campus Reports to: Campus Pastor Status: Full-Time Position Summary: The focus for this position will be Central Impressions, Café, New Here, and Made for More events. Additionally, this role will support the Campus Pastor’s work with overall campus community life, Benevolence, Groups Ministry and Care Ministry. The ACP will actively recruit and lead volunteers to be the point people for key ministry areas on his/her campus. This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church. Responsibilities: Whenever possible we should be identifying, developing, and leading volunteers who execute on the responsibilities below. Central Impressions

Oversee our weekend guest experience from parking lot to second visit.
Strategically Lead, pastorally care for, and develop the ministry leaders in Central Impressions and Made for More.
Leading and Training Leaders – New Here, Ushers/Greeters.
Café

Lead Café & Food Service manager and guest experience in community, culture, and care of the Campus.
Made for More Events

Lead the development and execution of four community events for their campus.
Two of the four events are planned for their campus by (title).
Two of the four events are planned by the Associate Director of Community Engagement – Local and are done church-wide.

Volunteer Champion

Build volunteer teams and specifically, focus on developing high-capacity volunteers.
Champion the volunteer opportunity emphasis at Christmas and Easter.
Recruit a volunteer to champion the Groups Ministry for their campus.
Benevolence Ministry

As needed support the Campus Pastor in meeting the benevolence needs of the campus.
Groups Ministry and Campus Life

Support the Campus Pastor in his/her efforts to build a strong Groups network and campus community.
Assist in recruitment and execution of Groups and Rooted at the campus level
Maintain Groups vision alignment on his/her Campus.
Innovate and bring creativity for group growth, leader development and connecting people to groups.
Work with Campus Pastor to achieve Group goals
Develop a strategy to develop and grow Group leaders and groups.
Visit neighborhood groups frequently for pastoral care and connectivity to staff team.
Perform administrative duties needed for position. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in applied area.
Prefer 3 years of related ministry experience.
Recent leadership experience of leading leaders.
Hard worker who is flexible and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personally administrate.

Must align with the vision, and values of Central Christian Church and be committed to doing Central no harm
Financially support the vision of Central Christian Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
Growing in your personal relationship with Christ, while developing personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the Church.

Model biblical integrity in all things:
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of Central Christian Church employees, defined by the Employee Handbook.
Be an active Owner at Central Christian Church, making every effort to uphold the Marks of Ownership in your life.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear;. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
