Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the PT Female Students Pastor is the leadership and development of female student coaches on the campus. The secondary responsibility of this position is to lead pastoral care for all female students.

Essential Job Functions

  • Be a vision carrier of CCV Students Ministry
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop Female Student Coaches
  • Pastoral care lead for female students
  • Manage Parental Concerns and issues Female Students have
  • Leadership development and discipleship of the active and most influential female students on the campus
  • Support the Student Lead Pastor in weekly planning for the ministry (1hr/week)
  • Stage communication support (Experience hosting, Baptism hosting)
  • Be a champion of local schools by serving the staff and engaging with students (1x/week)
  • Attend Jr. High and High School Summer Camps
  • Attend annual Students One Mission weekend trip
  • Be a Champion of your Campus Team at large
  • Help out in other departments to demonstrate a servant’s attitude and teamwork

Minimum Qualifications

Character & Chemistry

  • A passion for Students far from God
  • Personal integrity in all areas of life
  • Must be – or willing to become – a participating member of CCV
  • Regularly attends worship services with their family
  • Is an active participant in a neighborhood group, an accountability group, and is a regular tither

  • Customer Focus – is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external students.
  • Interpersonal Skills – relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately.

  • Drive for Results – Steadfastly pushes self and others for results. Is action-oriented and displays focus, passion & initiative. Takes appropriate action when something needs to be done.

Education & Experience

  • 2-4 years minimum experience serving and/or leading students in the local church.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we will consider training or proven experience in the field.
