What you’ll be doing
The Lead Maintenance Technician serves as the (keeper) custodian of the campus. The Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician will manage staff, volunteers, and vendors and perform essential daily duties to ensure the church campus's maintenance, appearance, and functionality.
You will be responsible for…
· Managing and training an adequate custodial staff.
· Performing general cleaning and sanitizing duties to maintain cleanliness and order.
· Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
· Assisting in maintaining the campus grounds, including minor landscaping.
· Ensuring heating and cooling systems function at optimal levels.
· Ordering and maintaining supplies.
· Examining safety hazards and ensuring timely corrections.
· Maintaining a budget.

· Performance of other duties as assigned
What we need from you\*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; must possess at least five years of lead custodial/ maintenance experience.
- Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
· Detail-oriented and thorough
· Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
· Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
· The ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
· Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
· Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,280.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- Facilities maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
