Full Job Description
Our goal is to hire a full time Outreach Pastor (50 hours a week) who loves young families and young singles. Wise in the Bible. Mature in Jesus. Extroverted.
Strong people skills. Adaptable. Agrees with church doctrine. Single or married preferred married.
Teachable. Willing to think outside the box. Sacrificial. Passionate for meeting strangers.
Strong follow up skills. Pro active. Verbal skills. Honest.
Transparent. Leadership skills. Able to manage organizational data systems as needed for the job (contact lists, social media as needed, invite lists, etc.). We are also looking for a person who loves Jesus sacrificially.
One that loves young families and young singles sacrificially by meeting them, relating and leading them into various meaningful communities at First Baptist Church Tempe. As needed a a detailed job description listing many daily responsibilities and functions will be provided. This pastor will report to the Senior Pastor.
