GENERAL OVERVIEW
Plan, analyze, design, develop, thoroughly test and document technical solutions using Rock RMS to support the various ministries in helping our guests take the next step in becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ.
This position is part-time position at 28 hours per week.
They should lead by example and cultivate a positive spirit throughout the church family. They should represent Christ and His church well in the community at large. They should be a team player and follow the biblical model of sacrifice by being willing to put the needs of others in front of their own. In all of their actions, they should be positive and supportive of the Core Values and the Vision of our church.
This position will sometimes work as a team and sometimes independently. This requires someone that can multi-task and enjoys brainstorming on ways we can better support ministries. Some tasks will be routine and some will require creativity.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in programming/software development
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Willingness/desire to learn Rock RMS workflows and concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and handle change within a dynamic environment
- Appreciation for tight timelines and delivery milestones
- Strong testing skills
- SQL experience a plus
Salary is hourly and based on experience. Willing to train the system, internship opportunity welcome.
