Student Ministries High School Facilitator

What you’ll be doing
The Student Ministries High School is responsible for facilitating a welcoming and safe environment for students in High School while supporting the High School Leader weekly on Sundays.
- You will report to the High School Leader
- You will oversee High School students
- You should expect to attend a team meeting each month for training and updates
- Your weekly commitment will be between 4-5 hours
You will be responsible for…
- Arriving 30 minutes prior to Sunday Student Ministries activities
- Greeting and welcoming High School students
- Assisting in teaching an age-appropriate Bible lesson provided by FIBC
- Assisting in facilitating a Biblical discussion among the High School students
- Providing appropriate correction and accountability as needed
- Encouraging and listening to students who have concerns
- Praying with and for High School students
What we need from you*
- 1+ years of experience working with High School students in various learning environments
- The ability to assist in managing a classroom setting with multiple personalities and attention levels

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends only
