What you’ll be doing
The Student Ministries K5-2nd Grade Facilitator is responsible for facilitating a welcoming and safe environment for students in K5-2nd grades while supporting the K5-2nd Grade Leader weekly on Sundays.
- You will report to the K5-2nd Grade Leader
- You will oversee K5-2nd grade students
- You should expect to attend a team meeting each month for training and updates
- Your weekly commitment will be between 4-5 hours
You will be responsible for…
- Arriving 30 minutes prior to Sunday Student Ministries activities
- Greeting and welcoming K5-2nd grade students
- Assisting in teaching an age-appropriate Bible lesson provided by FIBC
- Assisting in facilitating a Biblical discussion among the K5-2nd grade students
- Providing appropriate correction and accountability as needed
- Encouraging and listening to students who have concerns
- Praying with and for K5-2nd grade students
What we need from you*
- 1+ years of experience working with K5-2nd grade students in various learning environments
- The ability to assist in managing a classroom setting with multiple personalities and attention levels

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends only
