Bookshop & Hebrews Coffee Environment

Ensure cleanliness of Bookshop displays, storeroom, and office so that daily operations run smoothly (This may include daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning check lists)
Restock Bookshop supplies (bags; tissue paper; receipt paper; etc.)
Assist Bookshop Manager in creating inventory displays

Hebrews Barista

Provide friendly customer service for people coming in for specialty drinks from the Hebrews Coffee Bar
Maintain knowledge of drink menu and accurately make drinks to order
Help volunteers who are serving in Hebrews Coffee and provide training on drinks as needed
Run Hebrews Coffee cash register
Properly open and close Hebrews Coffee – This includes the register, cleaning and maintaining espresso machines, resetting the supplies, and informing the Manager or Café Team of any items needing ordered

Horizon Prep Uniform Sales

Fill out uniform order forms on a per customer basis
Have knowledge of our uniform system (sizing, product, how to locate inventory, etc.)
Complete uniform orders and contact customers when they are completed
Maintain proper organization of uniform storage

Inventory

Receive orders that arrive at the Bookshop through proper POS System
Maintain proper inventory counts by performing spot checks and year-end stock takes with manager supervision
Restock displays and shelves as needed
Place special orders as customers request them and provide proper follow up
Ensure proper management of Sermon CD’s (archiving; duplication for inventory; etc.)
