Qualifications

1-3 years of project management experience

1-3 years of administrative experience

Ability to stay organized, follow up, and be diligent

Read, write, spell, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

The Central Worship Coordinator supports the office of the Central Worship Director, helping to develop central support systems and processes protocol for Rock Church that supports all of its campus worship pastors and campus worship communities.

Coaching, worship training and equipping, worship resources, and worship best practices are examples of resources made available to all worship pastors and worship communities at Rock Church.

The CWC will help support all of these initiatives with administration, organization, scheduling, creating systems and processes documents, developing a central systems and processes hub, budget awareness, communication, and any other needed areas.

Supports Rock Church Central Worship Director administratively, coordinating meetings, calendars, and communication to worship staff from all campuses and any other areas in need of support

Supports the building of best practices systems and processes for worship ministry and manages a central resource location for these to be accessible to all campuses

Supports the Central Worship Department budget along with TargetCW contractor's time cards and payroll

Coordinates Rock Worship Central training, including workshops, Rock Worship Discipleship classes, conferences, etc

Helps support and coordinate worship for major ministry events like FLOODGATE (All campus worship nights), significant events (Easter, Christmas), and Core Ministry Events (men's conference, women's conference, etc.) and works with various departments and staff while

Attends necessary meetings to take notes and distribute info to the worship staff

Filter inquiries and correspondence for worship

Processes worship support requests.

Builds relationships with the team members and seeks efficiencies in the administrative process for those who desire to serve in worship ministry

Manages purchases and payments for the Central Worship department

Develops administrative volunteer team members to help assist in areas needed

Coordinates communication to all campus worship team members with updates, upcoming events, and training

Therefore, the individual may perform other related tasks under the leadership of the Central Worship Department and Sundays.
