Our team at Shadow Mountain Community Church Cafe is growing and we are looking to add a quality Back of the House team members in the role of LINE COOK.
Job Requirements:
Must have minimum 1 year Cooking/Kitchen experience in a full service restaurant and/or hotel/school environment
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
Responsible for following recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, including but not limited to walk-in coolers, storage areas, dish area, etc.
Working in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Sanitation, and safety procedures
