Responsibilities
•
The Production Manager's primary focus will be providing support to the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor in the operation, management, and leadership of all production requirements at Skyline Church
•
This position leads production staff and volunteers, works closely with band and worship leaders, events staff, and other ministries within and outside Skyline Church
•
Servant Leader: Has the culture of a servant and serving other leaders and clients
•
LEAD | The production teams at Skyline Church and manage production to maintain a high level experience within a distraction free environment
•
BUILD | Volunteer core teams by cultivating community and helping build relationships
•
COLLABORATE | With the creative and worship departments to build creative solutions for helping people take their next step with Jesus
•
DEVELOP | Current standards of operation, improve systems and execution of audio production, and pioneer new ways for the production team to create meaningful and intentional production
•
Ensure that stages and equipment are well maintained and presentable
•
Attend all scheduled leaders meetings, and other major events as required for all leaders
•
Lead Production teams for weekend services and events, and maintain high level production value
•
Work closely with Worship & Creative Arts Pastor in creating and meeting yearly budgets for operations and events
