We’re searching for a new worship leader/pastor! What are we seeking? Here are some important qualifications:
• You have to be in love with Jesus with a yearning to know Him more!
• You have to love Jesus’ Church and this local church!
• You have to passionately love to lead people into His Presence through Worship!
• You must understand worship led by the Holy Spirit as contrasted to performance music!
• You need to be musically talented, vocally and instrumentally!
• You need to be excited to serve in and live in Mira Mesa, San Diego so your ministry can be most effective!
• You, your spouse and family need to be committed to being fully integrated into the church family right from the start!
• You need to understand the role is not just Sunday morning. It is about training, discipling, loving on the people you lead throughout the week, helping them to grow in their gifts and talents, and loving on them as Jesus would!

As a full-time staff pastor, additional ministries will be under this person’s oversight and leadership.
