If this is you, or you know someone who would be interested, let’s chat! The Discipleship Team has an opening for either one Full Time or two Part-Time Ministry Associates.

Primary Role Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Discipleship Team ministry areas to provide support for data collection and management, financial management, and event administration and coordination.
Work effectively with the Communications Coordinator to develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for the Discipleship Team.
Manage the Child Protection Training and screening of all volunteers.
Work collaboratively with the Ministry Associate team to ensure all administrative needs are met for the church.
Manage the operation of Discipleship Team office to include: management of necessary office supplies, managing equipment, receiving and distributing mail and packages.

Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in administrative work.
Strong communication, computer and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS webpage management.
Must be willing and able to work at a fast-pace within a variety of settings and circumstances with composure and flexibility, while keeping attention to detail.
Must demonstrate a high level of trust and should be ever conscious of the need for a high level of confidentiality, and exercise discernment and wise judgment.
Must be a self-starter and team player loyal to the vision of the ministry.
Must be willing to attend Columbia Church and committed to grow as a Whole Life Disciple.
Must have a relationship with Jesus Christ and display a high level of Christian ethics, morals, professionalism, and confidentiality.

This position reports to the Pastor of Discipleship and works with the entire Discipleship Team. This is a Full-Time position with benefits or can be considered as two Part-Time positions.
