Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to with policies and procedures of the FBCC CDC.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create announcements, memos, newsletters and other communication as directed on a scheduled as well as impromptu basis
- Edit and proofread documents created by others
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity and proven computer skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- While a BS/BA in business administration, business management or office administration or relevant field is preferred, an AA in the same fields will be considered

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
