Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to with policies and procedures of the FBCC CDC.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create announcements, memos, newsletters and other communication as directed on a scheduled as well as impromptu basis
  • Edit and proofread documents created by others
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity and proven computer skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • While a BS/BA in business administration, business management or office administration or relevant field is preferred, an AA in the same fields will be considered

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
