Qualifications:

  • Two years of professional administrative support experience including the following:
  • Two (2) years’ experience in the performance of general administrative work
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Experience working in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment; recreation experience preferred;
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate and deal with the public in a professional, empathetic and positive manner;
  • Excellent organizational, clerical, math, accounts and computer skills (MS Office, Windows desired);
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university preferred

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., limited holiday, evening and weekend hours
Salary & Benefits: Salary range is $50,899-$67,467, depending on qualifications.
