Staff Accountant
The staff accountant will assist with maintaining accounts payable and receivable, monthly reconciliations, and other accounting-related duties. The staff accountant will be responsible for supporting the senior accountant in examining and analyzing the financial statements, account reconciliations, preparation for annual audit, and any other related financial activities
Duties/Responsibilities
· Processing accounts payable and receivable.
· Performing account reconciliations.
· Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
· Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
· Scanning and archiving documents (bank reconciliations, expenses/disbursements/purchases of assets)
· Aiding in preparation of the audit.
· Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
