Saint Agnes School is now accepting applications for a part-time Advancement Associate to assist in the primary duties of Special Events.
Special Events: Plan, lead and execute major events including but not limited to:
Parent Fiesta (Aug)
Alumni Mass & Brunch (Sept/Oct)
Homecoming tailgate (Sept/Oct)
Hall of Fame banquet (Sept/Oct)
Lower school Grandparent Day (Oct)
Alumni reunion (Nov)
Young alum reunion (Dec)
Red & White Benefit (Dec-Feb)
Upper School Grandparents Day (April)
Legacy Society luncheon/event (May)
Assist as needed – Senior tribute, graduation (May)
Aggie Open (May-July)
On site reunions
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Experience or degree in school, Advancement event planning is preferred.
Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team setting
Ability to work independently, tactfully, and discreetly (especially with confidential information)
Ability to prioritize, focus, and remain positive and calm under pressure
Strong communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Educate, Publisher, TADS, etc.
