DESCRIPTION
Join our exceptional Ministry Staff at St. Joseph the Worker in Maple Grove. We are searching for a team member who loves youth and young adults, works collaboratively, and has a passion for serving.
This position is responsible for Faith Formation grades 9-12, Confirmation preparation, youth ministry, and young adult ministry. The goal is to foster and build the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person in our parish through ministry events, spiritual formation programming and coordination of sacrament of Confirmation process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or equivalent work experience including Youth Ministry and/or Faith Formation.
- Prior experience working with youth, youth programming.
- Passion for service, teaching, involving others.
