YDisciple is NET Ministries’ small group discipleship resource that provides parishes, parents, and faithful adults with what they need to make young disciples in their communities. YDisciple
couples video studies for young people with extensive training and support for leaders so that anyone can train adults, launch small groups, and make young disciples.
The YDisciple Administration & Processing Coordinator will be an integral member of the YDisciple Team, responsible for handling the majority of administrative tasks for YDisciple including processing all new subscriptions and being the first point of contact for customer service inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: High School Graduate. 3+ years of administrative support experience. Experience managing travel arrangements and itineraries. Strong written and verbal communication skills and client orientation. Organized with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to handle a variety of tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excels in a team environment with strong relationship skills. Receives work direction easily and well. Reliable/punctual. Proficient in Google Suite software. Proficient in Salesforce CRM Software with the ability to manage databases efficiently. Passionately committed to the mission of NET Ministries. Support and live the teachings of the Catholic Church
Preferred: College Graduate. Bi-lingual/Spanish fluency. Proofreading and editing proficiency.
