PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
- Subject matter expert for all Donor Ministries mailing and Salesforce lists.
- Maintain Salesforce and Apsona setup for receipting, letters, and other, as needed.
- Lead and optimize gift acknowledgment, receipting, and end-of-year processes.
- Effectively and efficiently process updates (mass & individual) in Salesforce with activities regarding mailings, events, and interactions.
- Oversee system setup and data for select giving initiatives, including but not limited to GiveMN, Give to the Max Day, Giving Hearts Day.
- Manage campaign setup in cloud-based platform(s).
- Provide accurate information via Salesforce to leadership and team members for insights and planning.
- Update Wealth Scores and Current Donor Designations via Apsona upload.
- Assure data quality, validation, cleansing, and deduplication rules and processes.
- Provide accurate, timely, and positive communication with donors, as needed.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting, as assigned.
- Assist with data entry after major events, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
