The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the support of agency-wide end-user applications. This includes electronic health records, homeless management information systems, SharePoint, JIRA, and HR applications. In addition, this position will be expected to provide end-user support, maintain an internal knowledgebase, and translate business needs into technical solutions. A close partnership with Systems, Network, and Database Administrators will be necessary to ensure a stable, interoperable environment.

The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the support of agency-wide end-user applications. This includes electronic health records in Credible, homeless management information systems, Service Point (HMIS), Yardi, Maintenance Connection, Procare, Powerplan, Serenic Dynamics Nav, SharePoint Online sites, forms and document repositories, Microsoft 365, Azure AD SSO, our help desk, and HR applications. This position may be asked to spec out, design and customize applications. In addition, this position provides end-user support, maintains an internal knowledge base, and manages security profiles and ensures timely changes to user access requests. You will maintain a close partnership with systems, networking, and database administrators to ensure a stable, interoperable environment as well as with the stakeholders of your projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- 
 Implements, administers, and supports third party and in-house agency-wide applications.
- Monitors designated applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time.
- Troubleshoots to resolve system related problems; coordinates with System Administrator and/or third-party vendors regarding user support and ticket resolution.
- Advises business analysts on technical and support considerations for new software implementations.
- Creates user documentation and maintain IT internal knowledgebase on best practices for all enterprise platforms.
- Study release documentation and inform IT team of any technical support considerations.
- Provides support to users having difficulties with applications through an IT ticketing system.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure that application systems are in alignment with business needs.
- Develop forms, interfaces, workflows, and extensions to current CMS platforms.
- Support IS team in development of API’s and custom extensions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- 
 Post-secondary education required. Associate’s Degree in Software, Computer Technology or related field preferred. Practical experience can be used in lieu of education.
- 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience administering enterprise content management systems.
- Experience in end-user application support.
- Previous experience in web-based CMS development.
- Understanding of application permission management, privacy and security best practices.
- Basic understanding of relational database principles.
- Proficiency in creating technical and training documentation consumable by non-tech savvy individuals
- Familiarity with case management, social services, and/or electronic medical record information systems highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, JQuery or other front-end development languages a plus.
- Ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness required.
