DESCRIPTION
Support Director of Finance and Operations and the Principal in the following areas.
Parish Support – Payroll/HR Coordinator
- Participate in meetings as requested
- Other duties as assigned

Payroll Coordinator:
- Manage and input payroll (Paycor): semimonthly processing, including manual and electronic timecards
- Manage and maintain benefit banks and ensure elected benefit deductions reflected in payroll

HR Coordinator:
- Support the Director of Finance and Operations with certain HR functions including but not limited to; employee work agreements, employee handbook, new hire set up and training on applicable systems, EE3 requirements, FMLA coordination
- Act as a resource for employees regarding ADSPM coordinated benefits
- Other:
School Support – School Database Coordinator:
- School System Database Management
- Trouble shooter and trainer for teachers and staff, parents and students (Currently Educate, part of TADS)
- Prepare and set up for each school year and maintain throughout
- Establish and maintain portals for parents and middle school students
- Ongoing school year reports, maintenance, manage student report cards, etc.
- Manage technology projects as enhancements and features are added; communicate them with staff
- Manage and maintain ALERTS emergency contact system for school and staff
- POS contact for setting up and maintaining lunch accounts and free and reduced accounts
- Cross training for TADS Tuition, Enrollment Admissions and Financial Aid Management
These responsibilities are representative of the position and are not all-inclusive. More duties and tasks may be assigned as needed and appropriate.
Hours/Schedule: Variable 36-40 hours/week. Schedule requires flexibility Monday through Friday due to payroll deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in related fields of business/human resources
- Professional office experience, 5 years minimum
- Experience preferred within Payroll Systems and/or Student Information Systems; ideally Paycor, TADS and TADS Educate
- Demonstrated computer literacy with an ability to learn software programs
- Microsoft Office – Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook competency required
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills within varied situations
- Experience with handling multiple tasks at one time
- Knowledge of the parish and its programs preferred
- Experience with managing employee situations preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facility communication with employees and families with dignity and respect
- Experience with working independently to manage highly confidential tasks with deadlines.
- Ability to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check

- Ability to follow all guidelines of the Parish Employee Handbook
- Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines
Physical Demands
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs. using proper techniques
- Able to maintain a sitting position for long periods of time
- Able to operate a keyboard in an ergonomic and proficient manner
