MINISTRY AREA PURPOSE:
We steward moments of Spirit-led creativity that inspire people to respond and draw closer to Jesus.
ROLE: To support the Production needs within Westwood Community Church through campus production leadership, service visuals implantation, sounds, light, and streaming technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the worship services of Westwood Community Church:
o Assist in the set-up and possible operation or facilitation of the Bush Lake Campus worship center sound, visuals, lighting, and video systems, and classroom support under the direction of the Production Director and Creative Arts Pastor
o Meet with the Production Team for weekly planning and run-through purposes
o Recruit, train, and develop Production volunteers in coordination with the Production Director and Production Team to meet campus needs
· Aim, focus, and program lighting for worship services at the Bush Lake Campus
· Assist the Production Arts team with testing, maintenance, and repair of AV and production-related equipment
· Assist the Production and Creative Arts team in other projects and initiatives
· Oversee campus Near Ministry Partners Production support and volunteer training
· Oversee classroom AV and ensure all equipment is maintained and in working order
· Train ministry team volunteers in using AV technology
· Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

RELATIONSHIPS:
· Reports to the Production Director
· Works alongside Creative Arts ministries and supports all ministry areas at the Bush Lake Campus with AV/Production needs
Requirements
· Technical training in sound reinforcement or equivalent experience.
· Experience in theatrical lighting; media presentation helpful.
· Experience with recruiting and developing volunteers.
· Commitment to teamwork among staff and volunteers.
· Self-directed.
· Endorse and support the Statement of Faith, the traditional evangelical theology for which Westwood stands, and the Westwood Profile.
· Remain a member in good standing at Westwood.
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
· Ability to relate to other Westwood staff and church attendees at large.
