Good Shepherd Catholic Church and School is seeking a School Care Lead Aide to supervise school care students throughout the building and to provide school care staff direction and assistance with planning and coordinating activities. This full-time, 12-month position will assist the School Care Director with daily tasks and prepare for the Preschool through 6th Grade School Care Program.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will:
Have minimum education and training: high school diploma or general education degree.
Ability to read and comprehend compound and simple instructions.
Ability to development meaningful relationships with students and parents.
Actively monitor students and use basic classroom management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Be proficient in computer technology and ability to learn and adopt to new computer systems and programs.
Successful completion of a criminal background check, financial background check, and driver license check – by agency selected by the Archdiocese.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to connect, collaborative and form effective partnerships with a wide range of individuals.
