POSITION SUMMARY
Creates ministry environments for weekend services. Works with teams of staff and volunteers to set-up and tear-down ministry environments for a mobile campus. Works effectively and efficiently to complete assigned tasks during a specific shift. Reports to the Pastor of Campus Operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with Production and Ministry set-up and tear-down for weekend services
- Assists with moving and positioning storage containers
- Unloads equipment
- Follows set-up plans to assist in creating environments
- Disassembles and stores equipment after services
- Ensures mobile site spaces are returned to original condition
- Assists with training of volunteers
- Performs light custodial duties including sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dusting
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience coordinating departmental work and activities
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook's nine core beliefs
- Effective communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Ability to lift and load up to 30 pounds throughout assigned shift
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Available to work every other Sunday
- Outwardly focused with attenders
WORK SCHEDULE
Generally, Shift options include every other Sunday: 4:30am - 8am and 12pm - 2pm. Schedules may vary by mobile campus.
