We are a 9-year-old non-denominational church in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN that is currently hiring a Full-Time Worship Pastor position. We are a church that is passionate about blessing our community through actionable efforts and creating environments where the unchurched can begin a relationship with Jesus. We are a strategic partner church with Northpoint Church in Atlanta, Georgia and have a similar model and strategy.
We are looking for someone who is passionate in leading and engaging people in worship in addition to having a high standard when it comes to the quality of music. The style and songs we do can be found in music like Hillsong, Bethel, Elevation, Jesus Culture, Northpoint, etc. You can find out more about us at www.riverwaychurch.com.
The person applying should also have the following:
-Experience of at least a few years leading worship
-Skilled musician and singer who plays either guitar or piano
-Someone who is a self-starter, organized and can build necessary systems and structures
-A visionary leader who can also implement and execute the plan created
-Somone who is great with people, a desire to pastor them, and enjoys leading and building teams
-Proficient in tracks and click, creating parts and charts, and a preferable knowledge of Abelton, Pro-Presenter, Planning Center, etc.
-Someone who is looking for longevity in a position and is a team player
-A good sense of humor and likes to have fun!
