Position Summary

The focus of the Campus Coordinator position is to provide administrative support to the campus. This person is the campus advocate and in-the-know on all campus-related events and processes. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all events that take place on campus. Responsibilities will also include Adult Ministry, Next Gen, and Guest Services support.

Essential Job Functions

  • Campus Administrative Support
    • Assist in administrative overflow of workload from campus, including but not limited to:
      • Provide administrative support for Campus Pastor
        • Coordinate details for special event weekends
        • Manage Campus Pastor calendar
        • Track campus metrics for Campus Pastor (giving, attendance, volunteer retention, first time visitors and trending)
        • Report and track campus attendance
        • Schedule and coordinate team meetings for staff and departments for the campus
        • Send out email communications
      • Campus Events:
        • Input and coordinate details for campus events through internal systems
        • Attend planning meetings to ensure logistics are coordinated efficiently
        • Train site staff on procedures and processes as needed
        • Provide administrative support and execute support for All Church events.
        • Manage campus promotions
      • General Campus Administrative Support:
        • Input information into database
        • Prepare monthly expense reports for campus, review, and copy all expense reports for campus.
        • Execute financial processes at site (Invoices, coding, approvals, and interface with Accounts Payable)
        • Provide support for benevolence and reception duties for campus as needed
        • Manage incoming correspondence
        • Provide key community information to ministry staff
        • Assure discreet handling of all business
        • Ordering and stocking office supplies
    • Maintain complete understanding of ALL events and news relating to what is taking place at CCV
  • Adult Ministry – Next Steps
    • Understand the Next Steps process (Starting Point, Baptism, NH Groups)
    • Reserve required venue and event and programming support for each step.
    • Be available for evening and weekend functions to ensure the success of meeting and events

  • Active participant in a neighborhood group
  • Serves on a regular basis
  • Regular tither

  • Proximity to campus is preferred

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma/equivalent
  • 2-3 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Actively involved in church or community
  • Proficient in all programs of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
