Musica Vivace presents the 2022 inaugural season of the musical vivace piano series with four exceptional pianists, ling-JU lai, Sonya Schumann, Dominic Cheli, and Shun Sam Hong. We invite you to join us on a magical night celebrating the art of piano! This inaugural season’s theme is “self-reflection.”
La-based pianist Dominic Cheli enjoys his thriving career, including Walt Disney's concert hall debut with a legendary conductor, Valery Gergiev, Carnegie's recital hall debut, and his recent recital at the Gilmore keyboard festival. Dominic is a multi-faceted artist whose passion is carried on various channels through piano performance and videography, and audio engineering. He has also been actively involved in teaching and collaborating with world-class artists at major festivals such as the Ravinia Festival and mostly Mozart. He will be performing works by erwin schuloff, leslie adams, clara schumann, brahms, liszt/Schubert, and mussorgsky.
