About this Event
The Rock Church Hiking Ministry's Friday Night Hikes are a fun time of fellowship while enjoying the beauty of God's creation at sunset! We're hiking the west side of Mission Trails Regional Park from the West Fortuna Trailhead at the end of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in Tierrasanta.
Meet on the footbridge at 5:15 p.m. The adventure begins at 5:30 p.m., so please arrive on time. Hope to see you there!
Park at the end of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. near the trailhead. You will see plenty of cars parked on the side of the road.
Please self-evaluate your hiking level before going on this hike.
If there is interest, we can go out to eat afterward.

ITINERARY:
Difficulty: Moderate+ with hills

Distance: 3.5 miles (round trip)

Hiking Time: approximately 2 hours
Dogs (on leash) and kid-friendly.
Weather: Hike may be canceled if it rains.
WHAT TO BRING?
Good running or hiking shoes
Comfortable clothing, bring layers as it will get cool
Hat or visor
Hiking Poles (optional)
Water (at least 1 liter recommended)
Snacks
Headlamp or flashlight in case it gets dark
