Paseo Del Rey Church will make December an extra happy event for the kids. It launches Christmas Cookie Connection for the 4th,11th, and 18th of the month.
Christmas Cookie Connection
Paseo Del Rey Church combines multi-generational relationships and a time for making baked goodies. As per its events page, some church members will open their doors for three consecutive Saturdays for a small group of kids.
The kids will join the hosts for a few hours and bake some holiday treats. The Christmas Cookie Connection activity is open for first – sixth-grade kids. Paseo Del Rey Church required registration for this event.
Those interested in visiting others' homes and baking holiday treats were required to sign up at the Hub. Registration ended last Nov. 28.

The church also invites everyone to join them for the Christmas Worship Choir – O Come Let Us Adore Him on Dec. 15. As per the church's events page, this is for leading worship on Sunday, Dec. 19. The church will host Paseo Ladies Breakfast on Dec. 11. It encourages all ladies to spend time connecting with other women on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Teenagers are also welcome in the gathering.
Paseo Ladies Breakfast will be a time for fellowship, reading Scriptures, breaking bread in the form of pancakes, and prayer. The church will provide pancakes, coffee, and tea. Nonetheless, bringing an item to complement the meal is most welcome.
Organizers also provided suggested items to complement breakfast, including yogurt, juice, proteins and protein-heavy dishes, pancake toppings, gluten-free items, and fruits.
Interested in joining in this event are required to sign up by Dec. 5. Childcare is also available if needed for ages birth to sixth grade. Registration is also necessary for childcare.
